Wellbeing Workshops


Series of six wellbeing sessions (bookings essential). A different topic will be discussed each week:

2nd April -Understanding Stress and Anxiety

9th April - Effective Communication - Active Listening

16th April - Effective Communication - Safe Sharing

23rd April - Self-Care

30th April - Strategies for Change

7th May - Setting Boundaries

Our skilled facilitators offer valuable insights on the topic, followed by group discussions where participants can share their experiences and strategies. Previous attendees have noted that it is a "welcoming space to meet and comfortably share experiences," with a "great balance between sharing and receiving information from the facilitators."

Come, learn, and connect with other women in a safe, supportive environment.
