Our Support Service offers a quickly accessible option for women to talk about their wellbeing and discuss options for next steps. 

Your mental health and wellbeing is important to us, during your appointment we will engage in conversation about what you need.

We might also explore:

  • Mindfulness techniques to manage anxiety and stress

  • Accessing resources or other organisations in Wellington who can offer alternative or additional support

  • Coping strategies and ways to manage day to day life

  • Whether our own counselling service would be right for you
